As President/CEO/ Principal Stockholder, of IHM Systems, Inc., turned negative cash flow company into a profitable entity primarily servicing the hospitality industry. Increased revenues greater then 100%. Repositioned company to create one of the most convenient, comprehensive, and effective resource servicing the independent and franchisee hospitality segments. Expanded national account base substatially. Conceptualized, developed and managed industries first B-2-B commerce site.
Joining International Playtex in 1969 as a Group Product Manager and grew to Executive Vice President of the company in the early 1980's. As Executive VP, additionally concurrently held the titles of President World Wide Intimate Apparel and President Worldwide Cosmetics. Had total P & L responsibility for these two divisions which represented $800 million of the companies $1.2 billion in revenues. Major accomplishments were the continued growth of Intimate Apparel Worldwide and turned Cosmetic Division (primarily Max Factor) into a viable and profitable brand on a world wide basis. All departments and operations employing in excess of 18,000 individuals either reported directly or indirectly.
